Research - North Vietnam Window/Door Factories

I need to make a short list of North Vietnam Aluminium window and door factories.
The task requires finding them, calling them to check their capabilities and export readiness, making a list of the companies and their capabilities and liaising with me to make a decision about which factory to partner with.
May include factory visits both with us and independently and potentially longer term involvement.
I need Vietnamese language speaker with capacity for casual translation and with good English communication skills. Chinese language skills would be nice to have.
