We’re on the lookout for a Virtual Office Assistant to help us manage remotely our daily operations.
Schedule: Mon-Sat 8am-4pm EST (possibly extended to 5 or 6pm in the following months)

* Sales: Answer phones, give quotes and log in all details in CRM
*Customer Support: create support tickets and solve issues
* Schedule appointments
* Assign jobs to teams
* Follow up with teams to verify that they’re arriving on time
* Help teams with directions using Google Maps
* Call laundry partners to coordinate pick-ups/ drop off and arrange payments
* Update team’s hours
* Approve additional services
* Communicate with Partners via Slack & Email to coordinate services
* Follow up with Customers after each service
* Get Payroll ready
* Quarterly Insurance Payments
* Weekly and monthly invoicing
* Add custom quotes to CRM and tag COO
* Publish jobs posts, Interview, and onboard new team members
*Help with SEO tasks
