stock video editing and submitting assistant

I am professional videographer from NJ/NYC, who is getting into stock video selling business. I am looking for someone who can color grade, stabilize and cut into 30 sec clips my video footages and then add tags and submit them all at once on stock platforms using stocksubmitter app. Good internet speed, stable connection, powerful computer is a MUST HAVE thing.
Also, if you are smart enough to understand basics of videography and have all must have things, I can teach you the rest. Being super skilled is not important. Being a good well mannered, responsible person is the most important thing.
This is life long project.
