Let me introduce myself. My name is Marlon Jiménez and I have lived my whole life in Costa Rica, my motherland.
Always maintaining a good relationship with clients is extremely important, which is why I love helping people resolve their issues. Thanks to the experience in customer service for more than 2.5 years, I have learned how to handle client problems in various fields, such as finance, mobility, and electronic commerce.
In previous jobs, some tasks included emailing. Therefore, with practice gathered, I can indeed write 65wpm or more, so is possible for me to respond within a short period of time. Also by telephone, which is easy for me to talk with customers and understand their downsides.
I am able to communicate in Spanish as a mother tongue and English, both at a high level.
