Providing 24/7 Technical Support to clients over calls and emails while maintaining the work in progress SLA of 4 minutes and resolving the issue within 20 minutes SLA. This include notification to the clients, update the Sales Force Cases, Escalation etc. Working on SQL Server 2012 Always on, Replication, Mirroring, Log Shipping on clustered and non clustered environments. Administering SQL Server High Availability (Always on) and Disaster Recovery strategies . Ensure that cost-justifiable I.T. capacity (Disk Usages, Memory usages) always exists and that it is matched to the current and future needs of the business. Working on DTS packages and Bulk Copy programs. Ensuring Transactions logs sizes are maintained while extensive copy and insertion activities are being conducted. Creation and compilation of stored procedures, database and table schema designing, fine tuning queries, applying joins, creating views, triggers and other application related T-SQL Queries.
