Доброго дня потрібно створити додаток, який буде обмежувати доступ до соц мереж. Користувач заходить в додаток і в нього є список соц мереж які доступні на телефоні. Потрібно зробити так, щоб користувач вибрав наприклад інстаграм блокувати на 30 хв( чи буде не активним 30 хв , або обмежити доступ вайфай для інстаграму на 30 хв) Але так щоб при жодних обставинах користувач не міг відмінити свою дію поки не пройде вибраний інтервал часу. і також потрібно зробити другий екран на якому показуватиме скільки часу провів користувач в одному з соц додатків ( але це потрібно зробити без урахування фонового режиму , тільки фактичний час)
