I'm looking for a programmer with a solid understanding of how real-time strategy (RTS) games work to help me create an application that will give me the ability to create an isometric 2D RTS game. The games developed from this application will be for commercial use, so it must support multiplayer and it must be designed to be compatible with Windows and MacOS.
