Too often, our outgoing emails lands as spam. Regular emails that is not newsletters or contains HTML. We do send out reports twice a week that contain links but this seem not to be a problem. our Sophos UTM firewall requires further configuration, with possibly dns setting or other mechanics which go into fortifying our systems, and networks. We recently encountered a SYNC flood in which the UTM was able to defend the cause but not mitigate it from causing our hosted website to shut down.
