We want to have a 3D Animated TVC to be created to be flighted on TV to introduce Smile's three new VoLTE handsets (Voice over LTE) that now offer voice, data, and SMS. The look&feel we are after is similar to [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] The ad will include features of the phones and benefits to customers. We need a 60sec, 30sec and 15 sec ad to be created. Voice over to be mail voice, British English. The ad will be shown in Nigeria, DRC, Uganda, and Tanzania. Look&feel is clean and fresh - and still hip and happening. NEW technology... innovation, exciting, fun to use. Logos and creatives of devices will be shared with successful freelancer. We are also investigating if we can spin off four "how to" videos to place on YouTube - educational information for our customers.
