I need a freelancer to help with an invoicing / scheduler development in my asp.net vb.net application. I need 5 screens to create the invoice. 1) Screen 1 - Customer entry User can select existing customer or create a new one 2) Screen 2 - Product entry User selects category, then sub category, then product Once product is selected, user can then modify the product name and price manually if desired. Once user is happy, they can add the product to the invoice. The user can then add multiple products to the invoice 3) Screen 3 - allocate to an employee User can allocate the job to an employee using a dropdown User then schedules the job for a specific date and time in the week enter job location Once job is saved, it will show in a weekly view (like a timetable) Note - code needs to smart enough to see if the employee is already allocated to a job at that time and date. 4) Screen 4 - employee and customer signature panel Employee and customer can sign acceptance 5) Screen 5 - Finalise and close invoice Screen should show a summary of all steps. User should also have buttons saying: - Save and close - Save and email - View invoice - Close and start over

Hello, Hope you are doing good. I have read complete requirements description and I can do it easily for you. As I have implemented similar functionality in my couple of projects. I have few queries which are as below: 1. Product entry, Use can add product to existing invoice or always create new invoice from this screen? 2. "allocate to an employee", calendar, do you want to use any third party or open source calendar to show allocated job or you would like to show as list? Also do we have to allow filter functionality on this screen? like user can search jobs between selected time span? Also for job location, do we have fixed location or user can enter any location? 3. For signature, do you want to use any API for signature on Invoice or please can you share more details on this point? How customer and employee get notified they have to sign particular invoice? 5. Summary screen, this all steps will be with one go or user can see all pending records or search records and do mentioned action? If we will show multiple records then do we have to allow action on specific types of records or any record user can do modify? Please can you share details for above points so I can estimate exact time and cost for the same. I have 6.9+ years of experience and I have very good analysis and problem solving skills. Customer and Product entry, is this will be set earlier or user will create the product when then will start the creating the invoice? Not only this single item where I have confusions, I have so many items in my list, can you please check the following: - Let me know if you need an Admin panel to create, edit and delete products and its details, confirm me. - I need to communicate with your existed CRM to get customer details? Or in this system there will be an option to create customer? - For adding product, I am assuming there will be no such drag and drop process, correct? - Again, I am not sure from where the employee is registering in site. So, please update me here. - Regarding time, I am assuming in allocation time, user can set the time and date. Now, I am assuming I will not give user a permission where they can select a time between start and end time, correct? - Job scheduling concept is not clear to me. Is this something where you will schedule and user will get notification? - Is there anything where need to track the completed or unfinished job? - Job location? - I am wondering if this related with Google Map displaying or not. - Signature plan should be digital signature or manual image uploading option, clarify me. Now, apart from all, I would suggest please come for a discussion. As soon as we will start discussion we can create a mock-up for the pages and get a clear idea what needs to in which section.
