Require an accountant to perform 3 years of audited financials. We are a small franchisor in the US. with revenues of approximately $400,000. We use Quickbooks online. We need "audited financial statements" . That requires a CPA in the US. I'm not sure if a Chartered Accountant would be acceptable.
