Hi! I'm Luka Muha. I'm 24 and I come from Slovenia (Central Europe). I am new to freelancer but I have 3 years of full stack web application development experience in HTML5, Javascript for interactive front end and (VB and C#) .NET, Node.JS and Java for server backend. For the last year my job is programming mobile applications for Android. I mainly use .NET for serverside, using Microsoft WebAPI 2 for nice REST services that any app can consume. I have spare time now so I can get into your project and really do great productive work. For user authentication I like to use forms authentication since it gives results fast and since you require C# .NET mvc server backend, It seems only natural we would use that. We should create a table with users (id, username, password, userlevel). It can be easly transfered to android technology too and I already have code for that. I would create the front page web app with AngularJS for a fast, modern and responsive user interface which will consume data by calling REST services done in WebAPI2 (its the new WCF for http, all in MVC). Android app is ofcourse done in Java and looks as provided in the documentation. On android I would rely on fragments. I would use fragments so I can faster create user interfaces for mobile and tablets. This all can be done in 10 days. 7 days of programming and 3 days of bug fixing and testing.
