Hi there, I currently have 2 apps on play store.. One is by the name Language tango under my name and the other is by the name Curobene. Check out both the apps. I am not a designer so the app design might not be that interesting but yes feature wise it would meet all requirements. Moreover, if you wish I can host the app under my name and you can pay me Rs.5000 less.
