Sales Power SFA Suite is a Sales Force Automation system which consists of following major modules : A) Android Application : It Facilitates mobility to automate the routine sales and distribution activities field sales person. On field sales executive is connected with corporate back office using android application. This ensure a actual time, accurate and effective flow of information. Our Android Based Application will allow: • Operational efficiency of the sales representatives – daily sales plan and reporting of the completed sales activities by each sales representative • Track daily routes and control visits to customers for Order, Survey, Invoice, Collection, etc. • Reporting solution for the sales & senior management. B) Back Office Support System : In order to perform transactions in mobile application there is need of back office system to set up data. Back office system facilitates to manage row data to be used to perform transactions on Android Application. Also Back Office Support System will display transactions performed on mobile application. C) XML Interface: XML Interface will facilitate for integration purpose. XML interface can be used to integrate Sales Power Application with any third party application. D) Tally Interface: Now a days, most of organizations uses [login to view URL] as accounting software. Tally interface of Sales Power facilitates integration with Tally.ERP. Using Tally Interface, transactions entry in tally can be done for transactions made in Sales Power for Order, Invoice, Collection, etc. E) Excel Interface: Excel interface can be used for set up data from pre-formatted excel sheet to Sales Power. We are providing pre formatted excel file to client. After filling data, data from excel file will be integrated with sale power system. F) Email Integration: Our Email integration facilitates to send email notifications to particular Sales Executive, Customer, Distributor, Manager or any specific email address based on transactions made in our system. G)SMS Integration: Sales Power system can send SMS to mobile number of particular Sales Executive, Customer, Distributor, Manager or any other based on transactions made in our system. H) Report Module: We offers reports for Report Module is divided into 2 categories: ->Mobile Reports: Sales Power Android Application can print reports directly from mobile application to printer connected with blue-tooth. ->Back office Reports: Report module facilitates to download reports in various formats (Excel, Pdf & Html format) on various parameters.
