Android app with source code that can root phone based on linux kernel security hole hacks

I don't trust apk's floating around. Do NOT bid if you can not provide SOURCE CODE project to build the .apk that will root phone. The most popular one out there towelroot does not provide source and even requires internet to work which is suspicious, it could be stealing info from your phone. You can go find some github code that works or go write yourself the code by 'porting' the code from linux kernel security advisories (ie futex (semtex) security hole, ghost glibc etc). I just need to be able to look at the code and build/compile myself and have it be able to "ROOT" phone in a REVERSIBLE manner. I want to be able to UNDO the root. So either should support temporary rooting or allow 'undo' to unroot phone also. I don't want to leave phone rooted all the time. The more phones it can root the better but for now my main interest is any one or more of these phones: Android 2.3.4 (HTC mytouch 4g ) Samsung S5 Samsung Galaxy Note 3 HTC One M8 When you bid please mention the functionality you will provide. thanks!
