Building a mobile app

An app that lets users scan a simple document (almost always a single page) and show an answer based on the results. It should be based in Optical Character Recognition using one of the freely available SDKs/libraries and not costly ones. It would look at three to five fields and make a simple calculation to show the user whether the numbers adhere to a certain logic and inform them as to whether they do or not. As simple as that.
