This application is being built for - Gym Equipment Service Company Then used by - Gym staff to log service request for damaged gym equipment To commence using system Admin will need to input all details about gym equipment and attach corresponding QR code to equipment. ADMIN INPUT FLOW -(Data base) Administration input machine details to database and prints correlating QR code > Location > Serial Number > Make > Model > Warranty Date DATA MANAGEMENT(Data base) > Ability to generate/delete/export/send QR codes which will be associated with following data > Location > Serial Number > Make > Model > Warranty Date END USER APPLICATION FLOW -(Iphone, Android App) 1. User opens company branded QR code scanning application on Iphone or Android device 2. A user scans a QR code on a damaged piece of equipment 3. The app retrieves information about the scanned equipment, geo location is recorded and notes about the damaged equipment is entered 4. Damage report is submitted from application. 5. The submitted data + user's location are saved into a database and forwarded to a pre-set email address.

- the web backend: the admin'll have 2 pages: + one page for listing equipment + one page to edit/create a new equipment - the mobile app when open the mobile app, it'll open the camera scanner, scan the QR code successfully, the app display the equipment and note field to submit the damaged gym equipment, this information is saved on database and send email to admin. we use the default style of android & ios platform for mobile applications
