Hi Bidders, Our team is looking for experienced assistant. The following are requirements for this job. Good Morning, I run a team of VA's. We do everything from Data Entry to Transcription. My current assistant is having to leave for family obligations at this time. This position is very long term. The person I am looking for will have the following skills. 1. LIVE AND WORK IN THE USA 2. KNOW HOW TO FOLLOW DIRECTIONS TO THE LETTER 3. PROFICIENT IN TRANSCRIPTION AND PROOFREAD OTHER'S TRANSCRIPTION TO THE CLIENTS SPECIFICATIONS 4. PROFICIENT IN EXCEL WORKSHEET 5. PROFICIENT OPEN OFFICE AND MICROSOFT 6. IS PROFICIENT IN QUICKEN FOR INVOICING AND PAYROLL, KEEPING SECURE FINANCIAL INFO AND TAX INFO AT END OF YEAR. 7. ABLE TO HELP ME INTERVIEW NEW TEAM MEMBERS 8. ANY THING ELSE I NEED DONE. 9. DAILY CONTACT WITH ME. 10. PROFICIENT IN POWERPOINT This is a fixed cost per month position, you would be earning a set amount for assistant work, plus you would be paid for proofing and transcription separately. Pay is on a monthly basis. Requested Information: 1. WHAT IS YOU EXPERIENCE WITH LEADING A TEAM? 2. WHAT IS YOUR IDEAL TIME FOR WORKING? TIME ZONE? 3. WHY SHOULD I HIRE YOU? I know this is a lot to take in, however we are looking for the one person who wants to work and be a part of a growing team. This is ongoing, you will be on the ground floor of this great team and we are looking for winners, not whiners. Pay is based on Audio hours, not Clock hours.
