Hi, I'd be very glad to accept your job, and as mentioned, I am a student of Architecture in the most premier college in India - school of planning and architecture. I have already gone through the Australian safety standards for garage design and have loads of experience in designing many real-time structures and plans. So it would be easy for me to churn out a lovely plan in quite a little time, at the same time that adheres to constraints like the safety standards.
