We are looking for a freelance journalist who has experience taking content in China and writing up short news stories into English for a news based website. The level of technical detail doesn't need to be of a high-level but a basic understanding of finance and experience writing similar stories for other foreign media is a must. Visiting websites such as the China Banking Regulator and Chinese Securities Regulator as well as keeping an eye on other media releases in the regulatory space in China and being able to quickly fashion into a news item for the website. The role will be on a retainer basis with a minimum number of news stories a week/month required.
