I need to get the server software fully installed and configured on a Virtual Machine using the Engin IP Phone service provider. (Sydney Australia) i will need station names, and intercoms, with a main switch configured with voicemail to email and other forwarding configurations such as back to switch on busy, after hours call forwarding etc there will be 30-40 Handsets onsite - not yet purchased - happy to take advise on preferred handset from any tier 1 manufacturer. installation and onsite setup are not required however remote real time install support is required

Hi, I have been working with Cisco VoIP since 2001 and Asterisk and freepbx ,trixbox, elastix since 2007. I would recommend using Asterisk and freepbx , I have installed this kind of setup quite a few times in Australia as well, you just need to give access to the VM or the physical machine and a list of names and phones, also the account settings are needed from Engin. That being said I would like to have a little chat about your project to better understand the needs of the project regards,

Hi. I will need full specification before start. Preferred Handsets are plantronics, but they not cheap.
