Audio Editing And Cleanup: 25 Minute Phone Interview

I just finished a phone interview that's 26 minutes long and I'm looking for semeone who can edit the interview for human errors, ( the space where are two voices, repeated questions, uh's, echo, etc) and also remove background noise and balance out the audio. The interview was done over the phone so my voice comes in clearer than the person I'm interviewing. You should also be able to replace a part in the beginning, with other audio -- i will send you--, and to sync with the interview. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me. The interview will be uploaded to my web space for you to download. ## Deliverables 1) I would like the interview delivered in MP3 and .WAV format. 2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
