Configuring CISCO SPA9000, SPA9002 one Linksys SPA942 and one SPA504G for VOIP on small IP network (repost)

I am currently using two Cisco (formerly Linksys) SPA942 each connecting directly to a VOIP provider. In the past I had a network consisting of SPA9000 and two connected SPA942 handsets. I am looking for somebody to configure the following: SPA9000 connecting to VOIP provider or POTS (via SPA9002) so that handsets rings when somebody calls VOIP or landline. Configuring SPA9000, SPA9002, one SPA942 and one SPA504G. Am sitting behind TP-Link TD-W8960N V1 router and have enabled QoS for specific IP addresses. Router is DHCP server. I live in Australia and have the details to Australianise ring tones etc but am not comfortable enough going through the learning curve of configuring SPA9000 again.
