I am looking for complete construction documents stamped and signed by New Jersey USA architect. I am doing addition (add a level) to my house. Looking for architectural design and construction drawing development in CAD (AutoCad 2010, Revit, Corel 3 plus, Adobe Photoshop CS2, Microsoft Office, Presp 6, Licita.) for Residential addition (add a level) Construction documents Drafted Floor plans, schedule and notes, elevations, sections, details, structural framing plans and wall section, mechanical and plumbing plans and electrical and fire alarm plans. Responsible for design and architectural production from inception to completion, including conduct and input site surveys (I have survey of current building and lot), Building Code research and local construction regulations to ensure compliance, FAR and Building area ratio calculations, Perform zoning calculations and lot subdivisions, Communicate with clients in development of design, construction and material selection.
