Convert .pdf scale floor plan drawings to autocad v12 .dwg, single layer and model space only. Plans generally have large open rooms in buildings of approx. 10,000sf Approx. 10 buildings. Pretty simple stuff. Must be completed within two weeks beginning with your receipt of .pdf's on Feb 1 Due to Freelancer budget parameters, be aware that you will be paid PER FLOOR PLAN BASED ON YOUR PRICE FOR 10 FLOOR PLANS. Each floor plan in excess of the original ten will be paid at the same per unit basis.

Hi, my name is Miguel Alonso and I am interested in bidding your project. Just to clarify these drawings will be for building evacuation plans and each drawing will have an area of roughly 10,000 sq.ft. I am also assuming the only things that need to be shown on the plan are wall locations, openings, evacuation route, and room tags. No dimensions, schedules, tags, or sections. If my assumptions are correct, I can provide accurate drawings matching your pdf files for $30 / sheet for a total of $300 for the 10 sheets.
