Looking for someone who can help with the following: 1) Send high volume emails each day from a dedicated server (hosted by me) 2) Rotate IP addresses to stay under major ISP hourly limits (IPs provided by me) 3) Automatically remove subscribers who place spam complaint 4) Automatically remove bounced emails NOTE: I have a good deal of experience with HTML, PHP and MYSQL.
