I am looking for someone with business writing experience to write a business plan for the roll out of a humanitarian business in Africa. The business itself is already up and running in Canada. I want someone to create a business plan for the roll out of a similar service in 2 countries in Africa. The plan will be used to communicate the idea and services to partners in the two countries and must therefore be good enough to accomplish this.
