Bluetooth marketing software

Hello all! I am pricing up development of Bluetooth Marketing software vs buying one of the existing software solutions. I would like you to quote me on developing software for proximity marketing, similar to BlueTorrent (have a look at [login to view URL] for example). I am planning to start distributing this software in Australia as I already have some very solid leads, so if you win this contract, you would be made long standing partner in project as clients would also need technical support at later stage, and I am looking into making this little bit more solid than once off project. Please ask as many questions as you want and I would do my best to answer. Please let me know estimated delivery time together with your bid and let me know if you are willing to provide technical support for software at later stage and potential upgrades. I have not set my mind on budget, budget range is only as I could not enter custom, but I am open to suggestions and will look into few options when choosing winner.
