Hi, it should be fine to implement the functionality with file system mini filter drivers, which I'm capable of. But, drivers can't actively send data to an application. Instead, the application should listen to or wait for an event or signal that will be triggered by the driver when there are intercepted file operations, and then get the data from the driver, process and possibly give a reply. Moreover, you might have trouble in loading unsigned drivers on x64, due to the existence of Driver Signature Enforcement.
