Create a C# method that can generate a photo mosaic (a big picture that is build up from other pictures, see example at [login to view URL]). Requirements: - Created using .NET 3.5 or 4.0 (C#, no VB) - Source code required and owned by the client - Third party controls are allowed if they are freeware - Method returns a JPEG - Method accepts the following params: String BigFileName, String [] SmallFileName
