I have a CUDA program already written in C++ for running on an NVIDIA processor. The program currently works fine, but I need to make some alterations to it. The current program is written with Visual Studio for Windows. The alterations I wish to include involve some modest, additional, parsing of the data prior to the final output. There also seems to be a global overrun of the GPU memory that needs to be fixed. Currently the program works on a single GPU, but it would be optionally beneficial if the program could use multiple GPUs if available. If the hired Programmer knows Cudafy ( [login to view URL]), translating the C++ program into that (a C# platform) could also be part of the project. Knowledge of bioinformatics/biology/DNA sequences would possibly help, but is not a necessity.

Hi, I have a good knowledge on C++ and CUDA, I can understand your previous work and make the necessary changes. Some points: 1) "parsing of the data prior to the final output" I guess this is on the CPU, after GPU processing ? 2) "global overrun of the GPU memory" this can be solved if the algorithm used permit it. 3) I have no experience using multiple GPU nor Cudafy is that a problem ?
