DO NOT BID without Reading We want to develop a serious Real Estate online portal (web now, mobile later) application that will likely be developed in ASP.Net (MVC) using latest techniques such as Entity framework (open to consider alternatives). We have all front-end designed and ready. before you jump to bid, PLEASE READ below carefully: > We are extremely conscious regrading time to market and quality for this application, hence we need very Honest, and Straight Forward person with extremely well Time/Dead Line Management, Dependability, Work Discipline, and Good Communication skills in addition to being a Super Developer. We will not like, or allow, delegating the project to any other developers or parties hidden behind the curtain, so do not even try it if you do not have the skills, capacity, or integrity to deliver on it. The project will be divided among 3-4 major milestones. Based on bitter experiences, NO payment will be made until FULL application is completed, tested and code delivered. Frequent meetings will be needed for progress checks. No partial work will be accepted. So to emphasis again, we Do Not have time to waste! Having said above, if you are that person, then this may translate into long term working relationship on the upside. HIGH LEVEL SCOPE (Full Details after NDA): The application focuses on buying/selling/renting/estimating real estate assets. It registers users (scalable to millions) and would deal with security aspects of keeping user and application data. Registered users choose one of the few 'roles' that define their identities and hence their 'User Area' which every user will land on. From where, users will manage their 'Properties' and listings. The application will also provide a Networking feature to network and message among the users. Every property listing will have basic data pulled from the user forms (and database) as well as Google Maps, pictures, videos and charts and graphs based analytics. There will be Search and Sorting capabilities, State tracking, Alerts and so forth. This is good enough to scope and bid. Remember, we want Quality and Speed both here.
