C#: Image Drawing way too slow - Optimize it!

I have a problem with the Image drawing in my C# application. Its simply drawing the images to slow and cause a "application out of memory" error after like 30 minutes of running. Shouldnt take long if you already have prior experience with it. I need it done ASAP.
