I require someone with skills that cal create one solution with 2 projects. The first project will be a defined sdk. The second will be a a winforms test project so that a user can test the connection (connect/disconnect) and send and receive displaying the data returned from the device. It will need to send byte code commands. The developer must be able to demonstrate past examples to me.
