Create sub-nav in html and css, fix mozilla and opera css

Hi. I need someone to code sub-nav for my website that i own. The web designer that created my website does not answer my support tickets. I don't know how to do it myself if i did i would doit myself. The project i really small for a person that knows how to do this, can do this in 1 hour. You just need to code the sub-nav in one page and that´s on [login to view URL] and create the css for the sub-nav in my css file. [login to view URL] and the css file is attached.
