BuddyPress help needed

Starting a directory site I need some BuddyPress costomisation done. Free Member profile includes: A profile with upload of avatur picture. A profile text. Adress, www, email and staff information. No google map. Full Members profile must include: The user (the gallery) profile with history, full adress, www, email and staff names. The user must be able to place up to 25 artists (names) with 1 picture each on the artist page The user must have acces to up to 10 picture galleries and upload (max 10 pictures in each upload). A google map must be working on each profile. A news page/blog with exhibition text and 1 photo. Maybe a Facebook link to their fansite? For these two I will need a full total quote, not your rates pr. hour unless you work for under 10$ an hour. Please estimate the workload. After this project there will be a further small one where the profiles are a bit different but similar on another site. So there's more work to come. The ideal BP person/help will be called on to do support on the site after launch.
