CSS3 Animation of Poker Hand Replay

I am looking for a way of replaying poker hands so a user on my website can simply click a play button and watch a hand replay itself. No person is actually playing this as a 'game' - they are just clicking a play button to watch a <15 second hand play through. The player should be able to read a simple text file that will appear like this... Player 1 Raises to 2000 Player 2 Folds Player 3 Calls 2000 etc etc including other things like showing the community cards on the board, adding up the size of the pot, etc. And, of course, the main goal is to illustrate the hand in a very user friendly, professional design. Basically, if you can make the css3 animate each command, it will be perfect. I'm sure you will have more questions, and I would be happy to discuss. Around 250-400 is a great price for me.
