Looking for a CSS/Javascript frontend person to send parts of a software development project too on an ongoing basis via Upwork. - CSS person needs to be really good at user interface design and clean cross browser css, including desktop/tablet/mobile responsiveness. - All CSS would be built as completely standalone mockup of the site that only represents style. - Looking for frontend person who can turnaround a style task as needed. Please include portfolio and some samples to CSS/Javascript work (including UI design if possible).
