I am looking for someone who can help me formulate foundation for a new makeup line that I am starting up. I am in the beginning stages of developing my product. I am looking for a medium-full coverage foundation formula thats caters to the darker skin tones. As far as quality goes, I want to compete with SmashBox, Make Up Forever, and Mac (for example) but I want to be able to sell it for a fraction of the cost. I would like a liquid foundation and a powder foundation. I am on a budget as I am in the beginning phases but I understand and appreciate quality work so cost still is negotiable.
