Azure consultant:cloud planning photo social app(instagram)

We are developing a mobile apps similar to instagram and would like to hire consultant who have used Windows Azure for some technical questions in the planning stage. The consultant will be hire for the implementation too. questions that we wish to address in the tutorial, having in mind that we are developing something similar to instagram 1) AWS Vs Azure : what azure cannot do in comparison. is it good for something like instagram? 2) to ensure scalability and to support traffic like 2m users per day, how to best struture the database / CDN cloud front/ location management for globalization/ database location/backup/data syc/data deletion/ organizing photos/download process/ indexing consideration/ 3) to deal with photos, what kind of compression technology can minimize traffic and other questions. 4) methods to avoid bottleneck 5) demo after the first tutorial, the project taker will give comments on how to design the database for cloud implementation for instagram. interested parties please provide your cloud Azure experience and demo. and state your approach to handle the questions above. thanks,
