Hello, I had an external drive taken down by some type of virus. The file extensions were changed to *.hexjsrj . The files are not accessible. I have attached an example. If you want to see the entire file let me know. Please help convert these files back to operational.

Dear sir, I am sorry but you most likely been infected with a ransomware (ie cryptowall) virus, all your files are encrypted and you either need to pay a fine to the hackers, either loose them. But some ransomewares have been coded bad, so there are holes and you can recover your files freely. Please PM me if you want more informations. Regards,

Hi. Seams to be the CTB-locker virus. You don't have any chances to recover your files. Is my opinion. My company has two computers with same problem. The only way is to do what you can find in a description located in two files, a jpg or bmp - I'm not sure, and in a txt file. Of course you need to pay, in bitcoin. However, nobody can guarantee that this way is surely. Sincerely,
