I am a freelance consultant and I sometimes work as a sub-contractor to other suppliers. The project is to use my standard client engagement letter (5 pages) as a guide and create a similar document (likely shorter) that can be used for when I am engaged by other companies as a sub-contractor to ensure I am protected from liability and that payment terms are clear.
