Perfect English Writing and Grammer Skills Required. Please do not bid if you cannot write the articles using proper English I am looking for a group of professional article writer(s) to write on Real Estate topics for UK Property Market - so knowledge of this market is preferred however if you can do the research and are experienced in writing for business, you will certainly be considered. I will give you an assignment and you must submit as article in response to the assignment. Example of an assignment: "Estate Agency News" some assignments are more simple than that, some not. If hired, I will give you a list of assignments to choose from. For tryouts, I will give you an assignment and you will need to write at least 200 words and your article must follow the guidelines I give you within the assignment, otherwise I cannot consider you for the position. Most topics given will require research. Also, I will provide you an article that already exist on the topic and ask you to rewrite it as long as it abides the guidelines within the assignment. All articles must be written by a NATIVE ENGLISH SPEAKING writer. The content will need to be concise and to the point. I can't accept articles just filled with fluff words meant to fill space. I pay $2.00 to start per 350-500 word article and will increase it with proven reliability and writing skills...This job will be on an ongoing basis requiring 15 to 20 articles per week. You will be paid via paypal every Saturday at 5:00 P.M. GMT The keyword/keyphrase you choose for your article needs to be in the article title, first sentence and used another 8-12 times throughout the article for a total keyword density of 2-2.5%. I will send you a free piece of software called DupeFreePRO in case you aren't familiar with it. This software allows you to quickly and easily check your keyword density. The articles need to be informative to the reader with 100% correct grammar and punctuation. Also, the articles must be at least 85% unique, they will be reviewed through Copyscape, and Plagiarism Detect for plagiarism. If an article you submit to me does not pass Copyscape nor has spelling and punctuation mistakes, you will not be paid for that article until it is corrected and resubmitted to me for approval. I will not be able to pay if all requirements in this listing aren't met, so please don't bid if you can't meet these requirements.
