Chart Software Help Writing

Our aim is to write a complete Help for our charting software. Briefly, it is a software that takes Microsoft Excel spread sheets and convert them to a chart. This chart is not a normal one, but it is a special kind of charts named Motion Chart. Our application has 2 phases. The first one, used to import files and organize them. The second one is the chart itself. Download it fro the following link. [login to view URL] A complete help for both sides of the software, the part prior to chart & The chart (separated). The help must be covering all the information the users need to go through all options of the software. The help should be in a PDF format. It must include screenshots for all parts that can have screenshots. It must be professional looking and user friendly. You must give us all open source files used in producing the help. The PDF file must have a dynamic index (Table of Content) i.e. the user can click a title in the index to jump to its page.
