Budgeting Process

I need to find a writer who has experience in using Excel as a budgeting tool. The person must be able to write out the process and more importantly show where are the pains in the process. E.g. the consolidation is usually very manual and time consuming. I intend to use the article(s) to show how easy to use my solution to save them time in consolidating their budgets.
