I have an online form at: [login to view URL] When a person submits a roster I get an email. I need to convert it to excel and strip some of the data out (or find and extract) into useful data for our excel file that creates data for other sites and uses. I can convert most of it by using Data > Text to Columns > Separate by ":". The issue is some of the fields are not required. When the fields that are not required are not in the spreadsheet, it throws off all of the cells in subsequent worksheets because it grabs the wrong data.
