Android developer account needed - EASY MONEY

Hello, I need another android developer account, so I will open a project here for help. Please read this job post thoroughly. An Android developer account costs $25 (actually $26, google pings the credit/debit card for $1 to verify the card, then eventually refunds that $1...) I will gladly pay $100 PROMPTLY for the entire project once completed We can do it as below: 1. I will set $26 milestone payments for you to start the project 2. You register a new google gmail account, then use it to purchase a new android developer account thru google check out [login to view URL] me a screenshot when the account is approved by google (there will be a large green bar with the words approved at the top of the developer dashboard, it may be yellow with the words pending at first, this is OK, but if it turns red, then Google will refund your money and you will not be able to create a new account...red is bad, I pay only for solid GREEN, not even yellow, only GREEN APPROVED account...if you dont try anything funny with the credit card, there should be no problems) 4.I will set another milestone to you for $74 [login to view URL] me the account/password 6.I will change the password and then release the two milestones to you Please send me a msg if you're interested. The developer account must be setup with a brand new Gmail account, as this gmail will be linked to the developer account. A phone number will be required to open the developer account and possibly required to verify the gmail account, have a cell phone handy. The developer account may or may not be approved immediatly, it may take a few minutes, hours, or as long as a few days, if you use a good credit/debit card to purchase the google account it should take less time (by good I mean with proper name and billing information, and of course available funds...Lastly, do use an internet connection that is local to your billing address on the credit/debit card, if you dont then google will ask for you to verify your identity, this doesnt jeopardize the project, it just requires you to send proof if identity to Google via fax/scan and email. They will ask for government issued ID and a utility bill to verify the address...This will also prolong my payment to you, or you can decide to just forget about it and wait for google to refund the money and quit this project.)
