Build Eight Versions of Hospital Scheduling Templates in Excel using Provided Data

Using the attached data file of information - please create 4 schedules for LDR and 4 schedules for MB/SCN. An example template is also attached without the information inside to give an understanding of the typical view of schedule we are used to. Using the FTEs inside the Word Document, the following 4 templates should be created (4 for LDR and another 4 for MB/SCN): 1. a 12-hour only schedule 2. an 8-hour only schedule 3. a schedule where all the staff remain in the same FTE status with the same hours as their current shifts 4. a mixed schedule of 8 and 12-hour shifts that is more balanced In creating the 4 different versions of the schedules, the total number of FTEs cannot be changed and the total number of positions cannot be changed. The FTEs per position can be adjusted slightly to accommodate the different hours/shifts, but they must still total to the total FTE count. The schedules must be in 6-week format and have required weekends that are fair and equitable. Ideal state for each employee would be every third weekend. CRT FTEs are not to be changed or scheduled.
