Data entry/rearrangement from excell spreadsheets. some research looking at online sites please see BRIEF attached and copied below: BRIEF Of the requirements below: 1d and 1e are the most difficult and time-consuming. Happy to be quoted for work, including and excluding these two items 1. Excel spreadsheet: Referrers 1: organise spreadsheet as follows a. Practice postcode (column H) and address. I.e. which practices in which postcode, in order. Postcodes in numerical order, with attached practices. b. Which and how many doctors are in each practice from the spreadsheet. Example Eastern Foot Care, has Cherise Angelotti, Alessia Amadio but there are others. c. Listed doctors( column A and B): 1) Needs to be tidied up, as sometimes there are duplicates, the way it is laid out e.g. number 716 and 717: Peter Hill. These need to be erased. 2) Listed doctors often have more than one practice. Need separate Excel spreadsheet listing their various practices. E.g. Phil Bloom numbers 149- 152 d. Each practice as listed: Are they Solo practices. If not, what are the names of the other doctors present at that practice. The name of the Dr that I have in one colour, and the remainder in another colour so that I know who I know at that practice and who I don’t. e. Column C, need to know whether they are podiatrists, physiotherapists, General practitioners, orthopaedic surgeons etc. 2. Excel spreadsheets named Dr referral 2013-2016 Need to have these listed in order of number of referrals, highest number first done to lowest number. Listed by year in one Excel spreadsheet. 3. Excel spreadsheet named patients 2013-2016. Need to have these in postcode and suburb order. In addition, total number of patients in each of the postcodes and suburbs.
