Auto Populate across 3 worksheets into "master" Basis is to have point for data entry and a few filtered viewing options

Already created: Multiple project tracking of 'product batches', 'age/status per batch' along a dateline. Need to have a calendar view with information viewing options(filter style), an on/off per data set. The data that will populate is from 3 departments within the company and I have no expectation of complete automation but what I hope is achievable is a "new entry" and "update existing" place to grow the database. Lastly are some charts(2-3) to give a "Key Information Report. I can email the existing workbook file, grant remote access and be available by phone.
